Wuxi Ruichang Precision Casting CO.,Ltd mainly engaged in the development ,production and quality control of turbine wheel, waste gate parts and other precision castings. It has already got the quality system certification (IATF16949:2016 & ISO14001&OHSAS18001) and environment system certification. It has been authorized direct import-export business.

Currently there are 170 employees, among whom 25 are senior technical staffs and 30 are senior technicians. Company uses an area of 6.73 mu, including 7550 square meters of production area and 500 square meters of office space

Company is specialized in the development, production and distribution of turbine wheels with powerful technology. Currently the plant can turn out 250,000pcs turbine wheels and 150,000 waste gate parts per month. It is equipped with a special physical and chemical laboratory, including FPI, spectrum machine, CMM, roundness measuring machine, scanner, balancing machine, creep rupture strength testing machine and hardness machine. These inspection equipments is an effective method to guarantee the quality of products. Currently company has already been able to develop more than 1000 types of turbine wheels and will continue to develop new varieties according to customer’s requirements.

We have long been supplying turbine wheel blanks to dozens of leading turbocharger OEMs and aftermarket manufacturers, including BorgWarner, Garrett, Mitsubishi, Hunan Tyen, Ningbo Weifu Tianli, Kangyue Technology and Chongqing Jiangzeng.
